Description

Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop and cloud infrastructure environments in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT infrastructure services, including Windows Server and cloud environments.
• Manage AVD or Citrix VM environments and configurations.
• Lead technical teams and manage client relationships.
• Resolve internal and external escalations efficiently.
• Handle audit and compliance requirements through detailed reporting.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of technical experience in IT infrastructure service delivery.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AVD or Citrix VMs.
• Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or GSuite.
• Experience with Windows Server and Azure VM or VMware.
• Experience with Office 365 and IT security tools including BitLocker, Defender, and MFA.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, BE/B.Tech, or MCA.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Preferred Skills

• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Exposure to SQL.
• Configuration and automation skills.
