Description

Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments and cloud infrastructure, leading technical teams and resolving escalations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT infrastructure services for Windows Server and cloud environments.
• Manage AVD or Citrix VM configurations and deployments.
• Lead technical teams and maintain client relationships.
• Resolve internal and external escalations efficiently.
• Handle audit and compliance requirements through detailed reporting.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of technical experience in IT infrastructure service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AVD or Citrix VMs.
• Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or GSuite.
• Experience with Windows Server, Azure VM, or VMware.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and IT security tools (BitLocker, Defender, MFA).
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, BE/B.Tech, or MCA.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Preferred Skills

• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Exposure to SQL.
