Description

You will provide technical support for AV and desktop environments across the Richmond, VA site.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage AV hardware and software configurations.
• Resolve desktop computing issues and hardware failures.
• Support end-user technical requirements for desktop systems.
• Maintain AV equipment functionality across the site.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AV/Desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with AV systems.
• Proficiency in desktop technical support.
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop hardware and software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
