Description

You will provide on-site and virtual technical support for VTC, web conferencing platforms, and desktop hardware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AV/VTC and audio/video conferencing issues by working directly with customers and internal technical resources.
• Schedule, set up, and monitor point-to-point, multi-point, dry run, and ad-hoc conferences.
• Perform video camera, live stream, and audio recordings, including media editing for archiving and publishing.
• Install permanent conference room displays and video conferencing equipment following site surveys.
• Manage administrative tasks including inventory tracking, checklists, and forms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or AV roles.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience with audio/video editing software.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of audio/video conferencing hardware and software.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of AV/VTC equipment.
• Capacity for travel and overnight stays as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Electronic Bulletin Board computer support.
