AVEVA E3D/Diagrams Admin

You will manage the setup, administration, and customization of E3D, PDMS, and SP3D projects within a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer databases including creation, exporting, importing, cleaning, and merging.
• Build and maintain catalogues and specifications for piping, equipment, structural, and electrical/instrumentation.
• Develop PML/PML II macros to automate tasks such as UDA updates and Navisworks file extraction.
• Configure clash management, run reports, and generate custom project deliverables like MTOs and piping isometrics.
• Set up drawing styles and rulesets to maximize 2D drawing extraction from 3D models.
• Manage E3D/PDMDS Global and Extract databases and coordinate with Systems leads on global project setup.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an E3D, PDMS, or SP3D administrator.
• Expertise in configuring and supporting all modules within E3D, PDMS, and SP3D.
• Proficiency in PML/PML II programming language.
• Strong knowledge of plant layout, piping design, and piping materials.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs.
• Experience integrating laser scan point cloud datasets within 3D models.
• Technical background in Design Engineering or IT.
• Competency in managing UDAs and extracting MTO.
• Working knowledge of PDM S, HVAC, Electrical, and Civil/Structural components.
