Description

Manage the installation, implementation, and configuration of AVEVA OSIsoft PI Systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure PI OPC Interfaces with failover, managing PI buffer subsystem design and upgrades.
• Develop, support, and administer PI Vision pages, PI Web API, and PI Vision Servers.
• Execute extensive PI Asset Framework and event frame configurations.
• Integrate equipment into the OSI PI system using OPC-DA, OPC-UA, PI RDBMS, and PI UFL.
• Prepare validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and manage PI tag creation and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with OSIsoft PI System installation and migration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with PI Asset Framework and event frames.
• Proficiency with PI Historian, ProcessBook, DataLink, PI Interface, PI ACE, and RT Reports.
• Experience with PI Vision, PI Web API, and PI SDK/AF SDK.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle, Azure, or AWS.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and analyze PI system issues.
• Experience working within onsite-offshore delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience customizing applications using Visual Studio .NET and Angular.
• Background in pharmaceutical industry implementations and GMP/FDA validation processes.
