Description

You will own quality assurance and compliance within the aviation product lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of aviation regulations and certification requirements.
  • Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations for product non-conformances.
  • Oversee AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAI) and part conformities.
  • Perform quality reviews of aviation documents and drawings.
  • Mentor junior engineers on engineering principles and aviation quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, with 5+ years in aerospace or aviation.
  • Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA/EASA regulations (Part 21/25/145).
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality data analysis.
  • Experience with QMMS software, SAP, and quality analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
