Description

You will drive the adoption and implementation of the Avionics Common Development Environment across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy strategies for teams to adopt the common development environment efficiently.
• Integrate with adopting teams to deliver adoption support.
• Create and manage adoption roadmaps and plans.
• Execute defined adoption plans and roadmaps.
• Set up and own sandbox environments for technology incubation and development.
• Mentor, train, and onboard teammates on Cert DevOps technology.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience across all phases of the software engineering product lifecycle, including DO-178 certification.
• Practical experience with Avionics Software Development and industry-known software development patterns.
• Experience with DevSecOps.
• Experience with GitLab, Git, CMake, Coverity, Artifactory, Docker, Python, Robot, and Lava.
• Experience with Agile development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience with networking protocols and IT infrastructure.
