Description

You will drive the adoption and implementation of the Avionics Common Development Environment across engineering teams, managing roadmaps, sandbox environments, and technical mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy strategies for teams to adopt the common development environment efficiently.
• Integrate with adopting teams to deliver adoption support and execute defined plans.
• Set up and own sandbox environments for technology incubation and development.
• Mentor, train, and onboard teammates on Cert DevOps technology.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience across all phases of the software engineering product lifecycle, including DO-178 certification.
• Experience with Avionics Software Development and industry-known software development patterns.
• Experience with DevSecOps and Agile development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with GitLab, Git, CMake, Coverity, Artifactory, Docker, Python, Robot, and Lava.
• Experience with networking protocols and IT infrastructure.
