Drive business requirement analysis and project management within the treasury and market domains. Own the end-to-end lifecycle from requirement gathering to system validation and user training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and manage project activities for regional and global initiatives.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Lead business process re-engineering and digitalization to improve operational efficiency.
• Execute system validation activities, including pre-UAT and UAT planning and user training coordination.
• Collaborate with Front, Middle, and Back-Office teams, IT, and Operations to ensure successful system implementation.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in business analysis focused on treasury and market operations.
• Expertise in creating BRDs and FRDs through detailed requirement analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office treasury operations.
• Proven experience in pre-UAT and UAT planning and execution.
• Proficiency in business requirement analysis and process documentation.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across different regions.
• Graduate degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of market operations in Asia-Pacific regions (Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, or India).
• Experience in system design, system development, or core banking and treasury systems.
