Description

Lead international BPO operations to ensure all process deliverables meet required SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure strict compliance with all service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Interact directly with customers to plan, execute, and verify project completion.
• Oversee legal documentation review processes and maintain full accountability for all deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement programs and lead process reengineering initiatives.
• Lead and manage teams within a BPO environment.

Required Skills

• 12-14+ years of relevant banking or card operations experience.
• Direct experience managing teams within a BPO environment.
• Deep knowledge of banking regulatory requirements for UK, US, and international markets.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement or process reengineering.
• Experience managing multiple lines of business such as CRM, Collections, or Fraud prevention.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Voice BPO operations.
