Description

You will manage AWD and Chorus Business Process Modeling (BPM) configurations while aligning IT capabilities with business objectives. You will configure and code workflows for Legacy AWD and Chorus, including Knowledge Enabler Scripting, CSD creation, custom lookups, and security groups. You will develop Chorus process flows, presentation flows, automation services, and web service integrations. You will build business process modeling workflows and document requirements, use cases, and user stories. You will perform level 3 escalation support, troubleshooting incidents, and monitoring AWD peripheral applications. You will support patching and testing for AWD infrastructure including Windows, Linux, and JAVA environments. You will conduct gap analysis and execute unit testing or UAT to deploy BAU projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure and code workflows for Legacy AWD and Chorus, including Knowledge Enabler Scripting, CSD creation, custom lookups, and security groups.
• Develop Chorus process flows, presentation flows, automation services, and web service integrations.
• Perform level 3 escalation support, troubleshooting incidents, and monitoring AWD peripheral applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or AWD Business Process Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AWD configuration and Chorus BPM.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to query databases to extract and analyze key data points.
• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and JAVA-based infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and web services.
