Description

Manage AWD and Chorus Business Process Modeling configurations while aligning IT capabilities with business objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and code workflows for Legacy AWD and Chorus, including Knowledge Enabler Scripting, CSD creation, custom lookups, and security groups.
• Develop Chorus process flows, presentation flows, automation services, and web service integrations.
• Perform Level 3 escalation support, troubleshoot incidents, and monitor AWD peripheral applications.
• Support patching and testing for AWD infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and JAVA environments.
• Conduct gap analysis and execute unit testing or UAT to deploy BAU projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or AWD Business Process Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AWD configuration and Chorus BPM.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to query databases to extract and analyze key data points.
• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and JAVA-based infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and web services.
