You will manage AWS accounts, resources, and identity services to ensure security, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Establish configuration, compliance, and audit programs using AWS Config and CloudTrail to remediate configuration drift.
- Implement and manage Active Directory services, including AD Domain Services, ADFS, and Certificate Services within AWS.
- Integrate AWS Managed Microsoft AD with on-premises infrastructure and automate resource provisioning.
- Monitor cloud resource usage, cost drivers, and rightsizing to optimize storage, compute, and network spend.
- Maintain cloud-based servers through vulnerability patching, backup/restore operations, and firewall configuration.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of Cloud Administration experience.
- Extensive experience with AWS environments and public cloud infrastructure.
- Strong system administration skills in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including switches, routers, server OS, and storage arrays.
- Experience managing Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
- Proficiency in automation using frameworks such as SaltStack, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
- Solid understanding of current network protocols, operating systems, and security standards.
- Ability to work within ITIL-driven environments and follow ITIL processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with monitoring tools, middleware software, and ITSM tools.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments.
