Description

You will manage and optimize Amazon Web Services infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish configuration, compliance, and audit programs using AWS Config and CloudTrail to manage accounts and resources.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Amazon EKS clusters, implementing Kubernetes best practices for auto-scaling and high availability.
• Monitor cloud resource utilization and cost drivers to optimize compute, storage, and network expenses.
• Maintain cloud-based servers by patching vulnerabilities, performing backup/restore operations, and configuring firewalls.
• Manage account containerization and tagging for internal cost centers and client billing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Cloud Administration experience.
• Expertise in AWS infrastructure and AWS Solution Architect principles.
• Strong system administration experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Salt Stack or Ansible.
• Proficiency with public cloud environments, including AWS and Azure.
• Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including switches, routers, server operating systems, and storage arrays.
• Understanding of current network protocols and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL frameworks.
• Knowledge of middleware software and monitoring tools.
