Description

Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and reliability while owning configuration, compliance, and audit programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize Amazon EKS clusters for containerized applications using Kubernetes best practices.
• Manage account containerization, tagging, and cost allocation for internal cost centers and client billing.
• Use AWS Config and CloudTrail to track resource configurations and conduct compliance audits.
• Maintain cloud-based servers through patching, vulnerability management, backup/restore, and provisioning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Cloud Administration experience.
• Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure and public cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and managing Amazon EKS clusters.
• Strong system administration experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as SaltStack, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including switches, routers, server OS, hardware, and storage arrays.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools, middleware software, and ITSM tools.
• Working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes within an ITIL-driven environment.
