AWS Administrator

Manage and operate AWS infrastructure with a focus on automation, security, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AWS lifecycle, including provisioning, automation, and security.
• Migrate on-premises applications to AWS and configure multi-tier environments.
• Perform software upgrades, kernel patching, and OS-level vulnerability remediation.
• Develop scripts to automate cloud functions and deploy infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation.
• Optimize billing, resource tagging, and cost management strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AWS administration and systems operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in kernel patching and OS-level vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure deployment.
• Ability to manage VPCs, access points, and bastion hosts.
• Knowledge of Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and metrics.
• Experience with resource tagging and cost optimization.
• Background in migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Coordinate network connections with the NISP team.
• Maintain data integrity and access control across the AWS platform.
