Description

You will design and build enterprise-grade AI platforms on AWS, integrating business applications with cloud infrastructure and AI services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of business applications onto the enterprise AI platform and translate requirements into AWS infrastructure capabilities.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows using Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Develop reusable AI integration patterns, semantic search solutions, and orchestration components with LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Coordinate with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Data Engineering teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and secure AI governance.
• Implement AI guardrails, responsible AI controls, and monitoring observability to drive platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering, with deep expertise in AWS services including VPC, IAM, EKS, Lambda, S3, and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience building REST APIs and SDK integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies: RAG, Vector databases, Embeddings, Semantic search, Prompt engineering, and Agentic AI.
• Strong knowledge of AWS AI Services: Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker AI, Amazon Knowledge Bases, Amazon OpenSearch, and Bedrock Agents/Guardrails.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Ability to design secure AI integration patterns and manage enterprise data ingestion pipelines.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including technical workshops and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services with regulated environment security requirements.
• AWS Professional or Specialty Certifications in AI or Solutions Architecture.
