Description

You will design and develop backend services using Golang for observability and incident management workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable APIs and microservices supporting real-time data processing.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline operational processes and incident management.
• Optimize services for performance, reliability, and scalability in AWS cloud environments.
• Contribute to system observability and actionable insights for Operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years professional experience developing production services in Golang.
• Proficiency with Golang frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or Revel.
• Solid understanding of Golang concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, memory management).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience with AWS services, including Kinesis and/or Apache Flink.
• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, Kinesis).

Preferred Skills

• Background in building intelligent alerting systems.
