Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex API solutions and architectural patterns within an AWS environment.

Responsibilities

• Design APIs that enable integration between various AWS components and define organization-wide API standards.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural reviews on existing AWS implementations and design decisions.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering, software developers, and product managers to integrate API solutions into larger platforms.
• Design and optimize APIs for performance, scalability, reliability, and security to handle high traffic volumes.
• Implement security measures including authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of AWS Cloud experience.
• Proficiency with AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda.
• Ability to write Lambda functions using Python.
• Experience with Okta for authentication using CSRF and Access tokens.
• Understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars.
• Knowledge of AWS SSO API and cross-role working across accounts.

• Any Graduate degree.
