Description

You design and implement scalable, cost-effective solutions on the AWS cloud platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable AWS architectures.
• Develop detailed architectural diagrams for network, storage, and computing resources.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure using VPCs, subnets, security groups, and IAM roles.
• Automate resource management using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Manage Amazon EKS clusters for secure container orchestration.

Required Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience architecting and implementing cloud solutions.
• 7+ years of experience with AWS services, features, and best practices.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, and IAM controls.
• 7+ years of proficiency with AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with EKS and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading projects and managing technical implementations.
• Current residency in California with ability to work on-site in Sacramento.

Preferred Skills

• EKS or Kubernetes Certification.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
