Description

You will design, build, and test cloud-based applications within a hybrid model in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Design and solution event-based, real-time processing systems using cloud-first principles.
• Own the end-to-end architecture for Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
• Lead technical teams through the implementation of both cloud and non-cloud technologies.
• Build and test scalable cloud-based applications with lean, effective processing timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, Route53, KMS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, VPC, and EKS.
• Strong expertise in Service Oriented Architecture (event-driven SOA, Web Services, REST, ESB).
• Proficiency with Relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Neo4j).
• Deep understanding of cloud-based development and infrastructure.
• Experience with RESTful web services.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
