Responsibilities

• Manage and review technical tasks performed by offshore teams.
• Execute data modeling, data engineering, and data orchestration tasks.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in coding and data pipeline development.
• Communicate technical requirements and architectural decisions clearly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Recent experience focused on AWS data work.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, PySpark, and Python.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services including DynamoDB, S3, DMS, Kinesis DataStreams, Glue Catalog, Athena, and OpenSearch.
• Experience with Attunity.
• Domain expertise in Life Insurance.
• Proven ability to manage offshore development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
