Description

You will design and implement CCaaS solutions and contact center transformations using Amazon Connect.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from design and architecture through to implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural blueprints.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services and third-party applications.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the contact center solution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the Contact Center domain focusing on technology transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in AWS DevOps.
• Deep understanding of IVR systems, ACD, CTI, and CRM integration.
• Experience documenting existing solutions and maintaining technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
