Description

You will design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions and infrastructure within AWS IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments. Responsibilities include providing engineering and operations support for the AWS CCaaS platform and translating functional requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consult on cloud architectural optimization and platform standards for technical leads and engineers.
• Document IT cloud architecture, infrastructure, and technology portfolios.
• Develop new processes, standards, and operational plans to improve code quality and deployment workflows.
• Migrate contact center services from legacy systems to AWS Connect.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with AWS Cloud Services including VPC, EC2, EKS, ECR, EFS, EBS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, SQS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• 7+ years of experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Containers, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, and CloudFormation.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, Configuration Management, and Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools like Ansible.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools including Nagios and Splunk.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures.
• Experience integrating AWS applications with in-house systems like CRM or ServiceNow.
