Description

You will design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and solutions within AWS IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments, including migrating contact center services to AWS Connect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS-based solutions, translating functional requirements into technical architectures.
• Provide engineering and operations support for the AWS CCaaS platform.
• Consult on cloud architectural optimization and establish platform standards for technical teams.
• Document IT cloud architecture, infrastructure, and technology portfolios.
• Develop processes and operational plans to improve code quality and deployment workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with AWS services: VPC, EC2, EKS, ECR, EFS, EBS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, SQS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• 7+ years of experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Containers, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, and CloudFormation.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, Configuration Management, and Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools like Ansible.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools including Nagios and Splunk.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures.
• Experience integrating AWS applications with in-house systems like CRM or ServiceNow.
