Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams while defining the technical vision for projects.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and guide product delivery.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their organizational impact.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and senior engineers.
• Define and communicate the engineering team’s vision, mission, and goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Java, Core Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience building and managing Microservices.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services: Lambda, Kinesis, and MSK.
• Experience using AWS Glue with Apache Spark and Amazon EMR.
• Working knowledge of container orchestration systems like Kubernetes or ECS.
• Solid experience with Kafka and messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on skills with REST-based web services and SQL/MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, UML, and design patterns.
