Description

Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Amazon Bedrock and orchestration frameworks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy generative AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock with models from Anthropic, Cohere, Stability AI, and Amazon Titan.
• Create multi-step, multi-tool agents using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or custom orchestration layers.
• Craft and optimize high-quality prompts, developing prompt chains and context strategies to improve reliability.
• Integrate Bedrock features like Guardrails and Knowledge Bases to enhance agent safety and capabilities.
• Continuously test and iterate prompts based on use case feedback and model performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience building autonomous AI agents using LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong prompt engineering skills, including design, chaining, and optimization for LLMs.
• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Bedrock, including model integration, Guardrails, and Knowledge Bases.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration.
• Experience working with vector databases such as FAISS or Pinecone.
• Solid understanding of LLM behavior and RAG architecture.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom orchestration layers beyond standard frameworks.
• Deep expertise in optimizing prompt chains for complex reasoning tasks.
