Description

You will integrate external systems into an AWS data lake, managing storage, transformation, and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Integrate external systems into AWS data lakes and S3 storage.
• Build Lambda functions to pull and transform data via APIs.
• Configure AWS Glue Data Catalog and use Glue Crawlers to catalog new datasets.
• Set up Lake Formation for granular access control and security.
• Define IAM roles, policies, S3 bucket policies, and encryption settings.

Required Skills

• AWS Certified Data Engineer certification.
• 3 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue and Glue Crawlers.
• Experience with AWS Redshift.
• Proficiency in building Lambda functions for data transformation.
• Experience managing S3 bucket policies and encryption.
• Experience configuring IAM roles and policies for access control.
• Knowledge of AWS Lake Formation for security and cataloging.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NICE APIs and products.
