Description

You will build and manage data pipelines within an AWS environment to integrate external systems into S3 data lakes. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Integrate external systems into AWS data lakes and S3 storage.
• Build Lambda functions to pull and transform data via APIs for data lake ingestion.
• Configure AWS Glue Data Catalog and use Glue Crawlers to catalog new datasets.
• Implement Lake Formation for granular access control and security.
• Define IAM roles, policies, S3 bucket policies, and encryption settings to manage access control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an AWS Certified Data Engineer.
• Active or willingness to obtain a high security clearance.
• AWS Certification (Data Engineer).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, including Data Catalog and Crawlers.
• Experience with AWS Lake Formation and IAM role/policy definition.
• Proficiency in S3 bucket policies and encryption settings.
• Experience working with Redshift.
• Ability to work with APIs for data movement and transformation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NICE APIs and products.
