Description

You will manage, deploy, and operate systems and infrastructure on the AWS platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AWS lifecycle, including provisioning, automation, and security.
• Migrate on-premises applications to AWS and set up multi-tier computer system environments.
• Deploy automation infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation.
• Monitor resource utilization, availability, and performance using Amazon CloudWatch.
• Manage VPCs, bastion hosts, and disaster recovery backups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Services.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and metrics.
• Knowledge of VPC configuration and network connectivity.
• Ability to develop scripts for automating cloud and server functions.
• Experience with OS-level patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Background in managing disaster recovery and data integrity.
• Ability to manage billing and implement cost optimization strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cost reporting and resource tagging optimization.
