Description

Design and manage cloud infrastructure while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. You will coordinate support strategies with global operations and managed service providers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate infrastructure performance to recommend optimizations for processor, memory, storage, workflows, and security products.
• Create detailed technical documentation including system diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect network infrastructure and track security KPIs.
• Collaborate with business leads to identify architectural patterns that align with organizational requirements.
• Train staff on information security best practices, including data handling and access control.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure support roles coordinating multiple service-delivery partners.
• 8-10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or life sciences consulting.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements including GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Hands-on experience with Okta IAM platform administration.
• Experience implementing multi-partner support solutions for remote life-sciences users.
• Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, IAM, and DevOps.
• Experience with remote hardware provisioning and configuration.
• Ability to articulate complex cloud reports to management and technical partners.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant Cloud Architect certifications.
