Description

You will design and manage cloud infrastructure and security protocols within a regulated life sciences environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop support strategies and implement solutions in coordination with global operations and managed service providers.
• Evaluate infrastructure performance to recommend changes to processor, memory, storage, workflows, and security products.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect network infrastructure and track KPIs related to vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Educate staff on information security best practices, including data handling and access control.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure support-oriented roles coordinating multiple organizations and service-delivery partners.
• 8-10 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical company or a consulting organization focused on the life sciences sector.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud computing technologies.
• Experience with Okta IAM platform and administration.
• Experience implementing multi-partner support solutions for remote life-sciences users.
• Experience with remote hardware provisioning and configuration.
• Understanding of global regulatory requirements including GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant Cloud Architect training or certifications.
