Description

You will design and oversee global cloud infrastructure and security protocols within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop support strategies and implement solutions in collaboration with global operations and managed service providers.
• Evaluate infrastructure performance to recommend optimizations for processor, memory, storage, workflows, and security products.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect network infrastructure and track security-related KPIs.
• Collaborate with business leads to identify architectural patterns that align with solution requirements while ensuring SLA and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure support roles coordinating multiple organizations and service-delivery partners.
• Minimum 8 years of experience working within a biopharmaceutical company or a life sciences consulting organization.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements including GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Experience implementing multi-partner support solutions.
• Expertise in cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
• Ability to articulate complex cloud reports to management and technical partners.
• Knowledge of managing cloud privacy in collaboration with security teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
