Description

Design and implement global infrastructure support strategies and technical solutions for remote life-sciences users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop support strategies and implement solutions in collaboration with global operations and managed service providers.
• Evaluate infrastructure performance to recommend optimizations for processor, memory, storage, workflows, operating systems, and security products.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Implement and monitor security protocols, conduct security awareness training, and track KPIs for system vulnerabilities and incident response.
• Manage IT infrastructure project requests to ensure completion within established service level agreements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure support roles coordinating multiple organizations and service-delivery partners.
• 8-10 years of experience within a biopharmaceutical company or a consulting organization focused on the life sciences sector.
• Proven experience implementing multi-partner support solutions for remote life-sciences users.
• Hands-on experience with Okta IAM platform administration.
• Experience with remote hardware provisioning and configuration.
• Proficiency with various operating systems and security products.
• Ability to manage patching, licensing, and regulatory compliance requirements.
