Description

Key Responsibilities
✔ Design, architect, and deploy Hybrid Cloud environments across AWS (Azure experience is a plus).
✔ Build scalable cloud solutions covering compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure services.
✔ Administer and maintain cloud and on-premises operating systems and server environments.
✔ Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to automate cloud provisioning and deployments.
✔ Evaluate and implement modern technologies including DevSecOps, AIOps, and Container-based solutions.
✔ Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and recommend cloud architecture best practices for client environments.
✔ Troubleshoot complex production issues, including P1/P2 incidents and technical escalations.
✔ Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and present technical findings to customers.
✔ Mentor L1/L2/L3 support teams and provide technical leadership during escalations.
✔ Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions.
🔹 Required Qualifications
✅ 5+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud Architecture experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of AWS Networking, Storage, and Cloud Infrastructure.
✅ 3+ years of Hybrid Cloud Architecture and Deployment experience.
✅ 3+ years of scripting, automation, and Terraform (IaC) experience.
✅ 2+ years of OS/Server Administration and Maintenance.
✅ Experience handling P1/P2 incidents, escalations, and preparing formal RCA documentation.
✅ Experience leading client-facing engagements and conducting technical POCs.
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
