Description

You will design, architect, and deploy hybrid cloud environments spanning AWS and Azure, covering compute, networking, and storage. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud and on-prem OS/server environments, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform to streamline resource provisioning and management.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as DevSecOps, AIOps, and Containers in client solutions.
• Work independently on project engagements, recommending solutions and validating them through Proof of Concepts.
• Debug complex technical issues, handle P1/P2 incident escalations, and author formal Root Cause Analysis documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture, networking, and storage.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience designing and deploying Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Minimum 3+ years of scripting and automation experience, specifically with IaC and Terraform.
• Minimum 2+ years of OS/server administration and maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience handling P1/P2 incident calls, escalations, and formal RCA documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on client-facing project engagements and conduct POCs.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and AIOps.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud experience.
• Mentoring L1/L2/L3 support staff during escalations.
