Description

You will design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS, providing technical and architectural guidance. You will lead cloud-migration and modernization projects, ensuring adoption of native cloud practices and DevOps frameworks like Kubernetes. You will provide strategic consultancy for legacy migration and new cloud-native development. You will maintain and evolve your skills to support customers with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native applications and services on AWS.
• Lead cloud-migration and application modernization projects.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic support to customers.
• Manage server, storage, networking, security, and virtualization architectures.
• Design and provision cloud services using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an AWS Cloud Architect.
• Strong expertise in AWS technologies, cloud architecture, and integration methodologies.
• Experience with container-based and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Knowledge of scripting languages: Bash, Python.
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL DBMS.
• Experience with configuration management tools: Chef, Ansible.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Associate-level AWS certifications or higher.
• Knowledge of other hyperscalers or Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring platforms like Datadog or Dynatrace.
