Description

Design and implement cloud-native architectures and software within an AWS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop software in cloud environments using Go and AWS SDKs/CLI.
• Manage container lifecycles and deployment strategies using EKS and ECS.
• Provision infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Configure network security, including VPC, IAM, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement load balancing, DNS, and ingress/egress rules for scalable services.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on software development with Go.
• Deep expertise with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, EKS, ECR, CloudFront, and Route53.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Experience managing EKS and ECS environments.
• Strong understanding of VPC, IAM policies, ALB/NLB, and network security.
• Knowledge of DNS, load balancing, and data protection best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX.
