Description

You will serve as the primary technical leader for the design, build, and delivery of the Enterprise Kubernetes Platform (EKP), Container as a Service (CaaS) framework, and Backup/Disaster Recovery (DR) across a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery across Discovery, Design, Build, Test, and Handover phases.
• Provision and configure Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS) and register them to Anthos or approved alternatives.
• Implement multi-cloud governance, including RBAC, NetworkPolicies, Quotas, image policy, and drift detection.
• Build GitOps-based onboarding templates (Helm/Kustomize) and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as the single point of contact for all technical matters with client stakeholders and manage risk escalation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Cloud/Kubernetes platform engineering with leadership in multi-cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of end-to-end Kubernetes platform builds across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Hands-on expertise with Anthos, Rancher, or open-source governance frameworks.
• Strong experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD/Flux and security policy management (OPA Gatekeeper/Kyverno).
• Expertise in multi-cloud backup/DR, including Velero, AWS Backup, GCS Storage Transfer, and AWS DMS.
• Experience deploying and configuring observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) and FinOps dashboards.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, and GitOps concepts.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
