Description

You will own the design and support of cloud solution architecture throughout the full solution lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and select migration strategies to move existing applications and workloads to the cloud.
• Design, implement, and support highly available distributed systems and modern technology stacks.
• Build proof of concepts to validate new techniques and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with Platform, DevOps, and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Lead compliance assessments on designed cloud architectures to ensure security and legal guidelines are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AWS Solution architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS, OCI, or Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud migration projects.
• Experience architecting distributed systems, including network, compute, storage, and virtualization.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code platforms such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Working knowledge of at least one full-stack language: Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience designing and implementing continuous integration platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Associate or Professional cloud solution architect certification (AWS or Microsoft).
