Description

You will lead cloud infrastructure deployment, incident management, and operational stability within an AWS environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, problem, and change processes following ITSM standards, performing RCAs for recurring failures.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.
• Execute OS patching for EC2 hosts, database maintenance, and domain certificate key rotations.
• Monitor system health and performance using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Prometheus.
• Oversee vulnerability management using Wiz and manage container security via Helm.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, EKS, VPC, Route53, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Experience with container orchestration using Helm and managing container images.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Prometheus.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and security best practices in AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
