Description

You will own the automation of AWS infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform, bridging configuration management with infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate deployment, configuration management, and system maintenance in AWS.
  • Orchestrate complex workflows and integrate Ansible with AWS services to eliminate repetitive operational tasks.
  • Design and implement Terraform IaC deployments for scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) to support automated testing and deployment.
  • Resolve network routing issues, security group configurations, and DNS problems in distributed AWS environments.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Ansible Tower and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
  • Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Scripting skills in Shell, Python, Ruby, or PowerShell for automation and migration tasks.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS services including EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, S3, VPC, VPN, TGW, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and EventBridge.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Practical Linux and Windows systems administration skills in cloud or virtualized environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience implementing FedRAMP compliant projects.
  • Background in large-scale data center to cloud migration.
