Description

You will design and implement data management frameworks and AWS-based architectures, owning the technical direction for data storage, retrieval, and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build AWS services to meet strategic data requirements.
• Develop and optimize database models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Design DevOps pipelines for the automated build-out and termination of AWS services.
• Create high-level design documents and prepare technical architecture documentation.
• Guide and resolve issues regarding AWS service enablement, configuration, performance, and security compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data architecture.
• Expertise in Datawarehouse Architecture and Snowflake concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Data Lake and AWS Services/Architecture.
• Proficiency with AWS RDS and DynamoDB.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage.
• Ability to research and implement data acquisition opportunities.
• Proven track record of establishing data management and governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated service lifecycle management.
