Description

You manage and automate cloud database environments on AWS, ensuring high availability and seamless data integration.

Responsibilities

• Migrate data from on-premises environments to RDS, S3, Snowflake, and Redshift.
• Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery (HADR) solutions using multi-AZ and multi-region replication.
• Automate database migrations and infrastructure provisioning using Python and Terraform.
• Manage service resiliency and integration with AWS Identity Center and IAM.
• Monitor database health and performance using CloudWatch.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with AWS databases and RDS.
• Proficiency with RDS (Postgres, MySQL, Aurora Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Neptune, OpenSearch).
• Hands-on experience with AWS DMS, CLI, S3, and AWS SDK.
• Experience with Redshift, Snowflake, and Redis.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Understanding of AWS Glue, MWAA, Airflow, EKS, and ECR.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating on-premises data specifically into Snowflake or Redshift.
• DevOps and automation experience.
