Description

Build and manage serverless applications and cloud infrastructure within the AWS ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Redshift, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and Glue.
• Implement event-driven architectures utilizing SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS CDK and CloudFormation.
• Secure applications by managing AWS IAM roles and policies.
• Execute unit testing and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud development.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for backend development, scripting, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CDK and CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
• Competency with AWS CloudWatch for logging, monitoring, and tracing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation for AWS deployments.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
