Description

You will own the maintenance and support of UAT and Production AWS environments, including infrastructure as code and operational troubleshooting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provision and maintain scalable, redundant multi-AZ AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Execute buildouts, maintenance, upgrades, optimization, and disaster recovery tasks.
• Resolve customer issues regarding latency, access, performance, and functionality.
• Participate in on-call duties to support production environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of AWS cloud technology experience.
• 5+ years of overall Information Technology experience.
• Hands-on experience with VPC, ALB/NLB, EC2, ECS, S3, Storage Gateway, API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Route53, and CloudFront.
• Proficiency with AWS security tools: IAM policies/roles, Encryption/KMS/CloudHSM, Inspector, Shield, and WAF.
• Experience using CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Strong networking knowledge covering TCP, HTTP, and DNS.
• Security implementation skills including firewalls, IP tables, VPN, and SSH.
• Experience with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Administrative experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
