Description

Design and implement cloud-native architectures, automation, and large-scale monitoring solutions on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build tailor-made architectures and deploy advanced services using cloud-native technologies.
• Implement automation using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like CloudFormation, CDK, and Terraform.
• Deploy AI/ML solutions, data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines in collaboration with Data Architects.
• Set up large-scale monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system health.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while maintaining operational SOP documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS services, focusing on performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
• 2+ years of experience with other cloud platforms.
• 2+ years of experience with Databricks.
• Advanced knowledge of container technologies including Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, Swarm, and Docker.
• Proficiency in scripting with at least two of: Bash, Python, Ruby, Go, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform).
• Strong foundations in Git and Git-flow methodologies.
• Extensive experience with one or more CI/CD platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security products such as firewalls, web gateways, and proxies.
