Description

Responsibilities include:

Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications, REST APIs, and event-driven services using Node.js and Java.

Design and deploy scalable AWS cloud solutions leveraging Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.

Build and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, including reusable modules and secure remote state management.

Deploy, monitor, and support containerized applications on ROSA/OpenShift through CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure application reliability and security.

Implement and maintain cloud-native solutions with a focus on observability, scalability, secure configurations, and production support.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in backend software development and cloud engineering.

Strong expertise in Terraform, AWS serverless technologies, Node.js, Java, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Experience deploying and supporting applications on ROSA/OpenShift, along with CI/CD, automated testing, security, and observability practices
