Description

You will manage cloud deployments and support the migration of on-premises call recording systems to AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deploy applications within AWS environments.
• Execute migration activities to move on-premises systems to the cloud.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams on development work.
• Integrate systems with backend services and deploy web assets in AWS.
• Work with SQL Server teams on data-related tasks.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering.
• AWS certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Experience working with SQL Server teams.
• Proven ability to manage application deployments.
• Experience with system migration projects.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Connect, voice technology, or voice recording systems.
• Knowledge of middleware, call flows, and chat/voice bots.
• Background in contact center environments or airline industry experience.
